Imperial offers three-year Bachelor’s or four-year integrated master’s courses in engineering and natural sciences as well as degrees within the School of Medicine and the Imperial College Business School. Undergraduates can take advantage of courses in the Centre for Languages, Culture and Communication; and the I-Explore programme to broaden their studies. Many courses offer the opportunity to study or work overseas, and to engage in research.
The University of Oxford does not have a main campus, its buildings and facilities instead being scattered around the medieval city center. It has a friendly rivalry with Cambridge for the title of best university in the UK and is regularly ranked as being one of the top three universities in the world. Notable Oxford thinkers and scientists include Tim Berners-Lee, Stephen Hawking and Richard Dawkins.
